Concentrates on the training of Full-Contact Combat. Includes the essence and techniques of Kung Fu, Thai Boxing, Kick
Boxing, Karate-Do, Tae Kwon Do, and Hapkido.
Self Defense and Kata (Forms):
Kobudo (weapons) and chuen (fist) demonstration. Includes thirteen (13) different kinds of Kobudo and seven (7)
sets of Chuen and one (1) form of wooden dummy training.
